Comet, Di First Mythic Mount
We don get one mount identity wey we dey always come back to but never ship: di mount wey survive by not being where di hit land. Comet na dat mount. E also be di first Mythic-rarity mount for di game.
- Comet na new Mythic-rarity mount wey dem build around speed, evasion, and debuff-clearing. Where other mounts dey trade damage or healing, Comet plan na to simply not get hit, then punish di hits wey land.
- Dodge more. Comet dey raise your evasion wen you dey ride. Miss chances dey go up and di mount dey reward defensive play instead of asking you to tank through incoming damage.
- Clear enemy buffs. Comet attack fit strip buffs from enemies, turning their built-up advantages to nothing. Against enemies wey dey stack self-buffs over multiple rounds, dis one dey change di math significantly.
- Leave your enemies for dust. Comet dey recover HP each round wen your Shiba no get visible debuffs, rewarding clean play. Your Burst DMG also dey rise wen mounted, so offense and defense dey reinforce each other.
- Comet dey available through limited-time paid gacha event for di Shop Event tab from 6/12 to 6/19. If you miss di window, we go look at future availability as di Mythic mount category dey grow.
Champions League
Di leaderboard don always show where you stand for your server, and for di Guilds wey don already clear di top, e feel like ceiling. Champions League don remove am.
- Guilds from all enrolled servers now dey compete on shared leaderboard. Open Guild Leaderboards and new Champions League tab dey sit alongside Guild Raid and Player Raid. Every enrolled server top Guilds dey appear together, ranked by di scores dem earn for their normal raid runs. You no need to play differently to enter Champions League; your existing performance na wetin qualify you.
- Cross-server guild inspection na read-only. Tap any guild from another server for di Champions tab and im info popup go open. You fit see who you dey up against, but di Join button dey hidden for out-of-server Guilds since cross-server joining no dey supported.
- Rewards na cosmetic and dem dey come alongside your normal loot. Champions League dey hand out title to di top Guilds each season and portrait frame to di top 10. Dem go reach your inbox at di same time as your normal Labyrinth rewards, not instead of dem.
Equipment Sets: Wildcards, Alternate Items, and Secret Sets
Dem build di gear system around strict set membership: each item belong to exactly one set. Na right call early on, wen di set list short. Now dat players get enough sets and items to genuinely experiment, di strict rule dey lock out good build space. We don open am up.
Wildcards & Alternate Items set completion
- One eligible item fit now fill di weapon slot of a set wey e no build for. Di qualifying condition na item rarity; if di item meet di threshold for a given set, e fit complete dat set.
- Di ββββββββ fit complete di ββββ set, and im bonus attack dey fire ββββ instead of ββββ. Knife-build ββββββ na real thing now.
- Di βββββββββ dey complete di βββββ set di same way. More pairings dey wait to be found.
- Wen Wildcard dey in play, cyan-tinted set icon dey appear on di completing item and on di Sets screen. You go always know at a glance say borrowed piece dey hold di set together, not native one.
- More build variety and more room to experiment na di goal. You no need to use di exact item wey we design di set around again.
Secret Sets
- New set dey stay hidden until you build am. Di Secret Set no dey appear on di Sets screen until all pieces assemble at di right rarity. Equip di right combination and di set go reveal itself on assembly. Finding am na part of di reward.
- Di three-piece Secret Set bonus dey extend Slow. Land Slow on enemy and e go last longer. If your build lean on Slow or di Wizard line crowd control, dis set dey earn im slot.
Un-Merge
Merging don always dey permanent, and dat permanence dey make experimentation expensive. Merge wey you do wrong no get exit. Un-Merge na di exit.
- Any Epic or above item now get Un-Merge button for di top-right corner of im item popup. Tap am and di item go break down into soulbound copies of itself at Epic+0 plus soulbound fodder for di same slot.
- Soulbound mean say un-merged components no fit sell or list on di Marketplace. Dem na yours to use or re-merge, not to liquidate. Un-Merge na build-flexibility tool, not economy one.
- Epic+0 and below no fit un-merge, and locked items no fit un-merge either.
- Di more you merge, di more you go get back. Components dey scale with di original rarity: Legendary+0 go return three Epic+0 copies of di item plus nine fodder pieces; Mythic+0 go return eighteen copies plus over one hundred fodder. Dem design di math so dat Un-Merge no go feel like punishment.
Legendary Merging: +4 Through +10
Legendary+3 na di previous cap before di jump to Mythic, and dat jump steep. One step, one giant cost. We don break am into finer increments so dat progression for di Legendary range dey feel like progress, not waiting game.
- Legendary now dey go to +10. From +4 to +10, each step na im own tier with im own cost.
- Each step dey cost one Legendary duplicate. Di steps dey meaningful but no dey punishing. You fit feel your item dey get stronger one merge at a time instead of hoarding toward one big conversion.
- Di total cost to reach Mythic no change. If you don dey plan your merge path before dis update, di finish line dey di same place. Di path to get there just smoother.
- If you don already dey at Legendary+3 before dis update, your item still exactly where e dey. Di new tiers go open above am.
Ultimate Lifebinder: Life Bind, Rebuilt
Di Lifebinder original ability na placeholder for bigger idea: say healing no be just keeping your hero alive, e be form of pressure wey dey compound. Life Bind I through VI na dat idea, complete.
- Life Bind I: Overheal dey convert to ATK. Healing past full dey generate bonus ATK stack, up to three times your max HP worth. Dis na di foundation wey di rest of di chain dey build on.
- Life Bind II: Bank di wasted heal. Wen heal land and you already dey at full HP, di excess go hold in reserve and release di next time you take damage. Heal wey for don vanish na now deferred save.
- Life Bind III: Damage split. Incoming hits dey spread across your allied heroes. Single big strike wey for don end your run instead dey distribute across di party. Di Lifebinder dey become defensive anchor for di whole group.
- Life Bind IV: Vital Speed. Each heal dey trigger Speed burst on your hero. Heal consistently and your hero go act faster, wey dey feed back into more heals and more ATK stacks from Life Bind I.
- Life Bind V: Team-wide Vital Speed. Di Speed burst dey extend to your allied heroes, not just your own. Party with Lifebinder dey fight noticeably faster wen heals dey landing.
- Life Bind VI: Quickened Pack. Your Pets ability cadence dey speed up. Manta Ray wey don dey attack every 3 rounds now dey attack every 2. At max rank, Lifebinder run dey move at different pace from anything else for di game.
If you don run earlier Lifebinder build, check di skill cards for di current step descriptions. Dem don restructure di chain from di ground up, not just tune am. Behavior wey change na by design.
Quality of Life
Small wins wey dey add up.
- Auto-Level button. Di Talents screen now get dedicated Auto-Level button on di left of di rank row. E dey turn green wen you fit afford di next rank and grey wen you no fit. Di old hidden gesture don go; di button na di only trigger now, and e dey visible.
- Di progress tracker don come back, and now you fit dismiss am. Di slide-down progress tracker for di top of di screen dem temporarily remove am wen we dey add di ability to dismiss am. E don re-enable now and you fit swipe am upward to clear am. Swiping dey clear di entire queued batch, not just di current one.
- Hero's Path navigation. Tapping Back from Hero's Path event now dey return you to di Hero's Path modal instead of di Home screen, so you fit collect other events without extra taps.
- Tower enemies now dey show Battle Modifiers before Tower Challenge start, so you fit read di room before you commit ticket.
- Auto-Advance now dey available to all players. E dey unlock after clearing Chapter 1.
Stalwart: How Counters Dey Work Now
We don get Stalwart Counter Again behavior running outside di native counter-combo system. Dat mean counters from Stalwart no fit crit, no fit chain, and no fit trigger combo follow-ups. E be wall between Stalwart and di rest of di combat engine. We don remove di wall.
- Stalwart now dey route im extra counter through di native counter-combo system. Wen you counter and Stalwart trigger, dem dey process di counter di same way as any other counter: e fit land critical hit, e fit chain into combo, and e fit extend into follow-up hits based on your combo chance.
- Di result na combo-capable counter build. High combo-chance Stalwart setup fit string counters into extended chains for way wey never dey possible before. Di ceiling don higher, and di feel more consistent with di rest of combat.
- Stalwart itself no get nerf. Di trigger rate no change. We make counters better, not rarer.
How We Dey Balance Now
We dey keep dis section for every patch because we wan be honest about how dem actually dey make di game. Balance used to be art with small telemetry. E now be testing and player data first, with di community for di loop.
- Thousands of test runs per change. Di Life Bind chain go through full-party simulations before any numbers ship. Six steps mean six interaction surfaces, and dem validate each one before di chain go live.
- Telemetry on real player choices. Auto-Advance expanding to all players come directly from data showing say players wey fit skip manual day-advancement dey retain at higher rates. E now dey unlock after clearing Chapter 1.
- Days, not months. Di Stalwart rework scope, build, and ship for di same sprint wey dem confirm di bug. Wen structural problem clear, we dey fix am fast.
- Thank you. Un-Merge come from players wey merge items early, learn di meta later, and feel stuck. Di Wildcard set completion come from players wey dey ask why their favorite off-set weapon no fit count toward different set. You dey tell us wetin dey confusing or frustrating, and we dey fix am. Keep building creatively and dey tell us about am.
