Shiba Story Go! – User Data Deletion Instructions
Your privacy is important to us. If you would like to request deletion of your personal data associated with Shiba Story Go!, please follow the instructions below.
🚨 What Happens When You Request Data Deletion?
When we delete your data:
All personally identifiable data (PII) associated with your account will be permanently removed.
This includes gameplay history, device identifiers, analytics data, and ad personalization profiles.
This process is irreversible.
📱 Option 1: In-App Request (If Available)
Open Shiba Story Go!
Go to Settings
Tap Privacy Settings
Select Delete My Data
Confirm your request
Note: If your app version does not support in-app deletion, please follow Option 2.
✉️ Option 2: Email Request
You may email us directly to request deletion.

I would like to request deletion of all personal data associated with my use of Shiba Story Go!

🕒 Processing Time
We will process all verified data deletion requests within 30 days, as required by law. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
📌 Important Notes
If your account is linked via Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, deletion may also require action on those platforms.
Some non-personal, aggregated data may be retained for legal or statistical purposes, but it will not be identifiable to you.
